Winningest Coaches in Minnesota History Support Pacesetter

BOB MCDONALD, Chisholm High School, winningest boys’ coach in Minnesota history, still active at age 76. (over 900 wins):
Young Chisholm athletes have been associated with Pacesetter programs since their inception, whether in sponsored local camps or competitive tournaments. Finding success has given impetus to the various levels within our basketball program. Pacesetter has proven to be sound and an opportunity not to be missed by youngsters of all ages.

MIKE DREIER, New London-Spicer High School, winningest girls’ coach in Minnesota history (699 wins and a winning percentage of 85%).
The Pacesetter regional and state tournament system has had a major impact on the success of our program. All of our teams at every age level enter one or more tournaments each spring. Players love it and gain confidence at a young age.

Testimonials of 3-time State Champions

Two of the most dominant Minnesota high school teams in recent history credit this play off system with helping their teams develop. Not only did these teams from small towns win their state class championships, but they both finished as the No. 1 ranked Minnesota team OVER ALL.

John Carlson, head boys' coach for Litchfield, Minnesota State Class AA Champions in 2000, 2002, and 2003:
"I can honestly say that we never would have had the success that we did without playing in the Pacesetter tournaments."

Bob Vaughan, head boys' coach for Braham, Minnesota State Class AA Champions in 2004, 2005 and 2006:
"Pacesetter tournaments were and are a key component to our youth and summer program."
